The Hope Workshop is a three hour event with a focus on practical ways to confront and combat mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. This workshop provides proactive approaches for everyday life challenges and presents the opportunity for participants to have deeper conversations about community and hope.
To equip individuals with skills, support, and techniques that assist in emotional and mental stability through the ups and downs of life.

-Table Talk: Behaviors, Community, and Hope
The cost per individual: $25 (must have 20+ participants)
